Pet Sitting Diary was established in October 2016, born from a question that every pet parent has faced: “Why should our companions be confined to unfamiliar environments while we are away?”

As if guided by destiny, their combined passion inspired them to dedicate their lives to the animal care industry, committing their strengths to making a meaningful difference in the world, one pet at a time.

Sam, a lifelong advocate for feline well-being, brings over 18 years of experience in dedicated cat care. His journey was shaped by his beloved companion, Mill Mill, who was not only his life partner but the true spiritual founder of PSD. Although Mill Mill has since crossed the rainbow bridge, her legacy remains the heartbeat of our company. Her memory continues to protect and inspire the pet community we serve today.

Angela’s life has been intertwined with animals since childhood, growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. This lifelong bond ignited a professional calling. To realize her dream of becoming an elite pet care specialist, she spent the past 8 years honing her expertise as a professional groomer, pet shop manager, and dedicated sitter. Since 2017, Angela has also embarked on a journey as a canine behaviorist, helping thousands of dogs achieve balance and happiness through positive reinforcement and behavioral correction.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure we can arrange a meet & greet and secure a sitter for your preferred dates, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For major holidays (like Christmas or Lunar New Year), 1-2 months advance booking is highly recommended due to high demand.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

For your convenience, we accept FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, and direct Bank Transfers in Hong Kong. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

How does your cancellation policy work?

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service start date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, please refer to our detailed terms and conditions policy.
