Requirements
- Verifiable pet ownership or professional pet care experience
- Passionate about animals with a strong sense of responsibility and patience
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management
- Ethical, polite, and highly attentive to detail
- Willing to undergo a strict background check (ID & Address proof)
- Pet First Aid Certification is highly preferred
Service Standards
- Conduct a complimentary Meet & Greet to understand all pet care details.
- Document and confirm all care agreements strictly within the designated client group.
- Deliver scheduled at-home visits and execute communicated care missions.
- Submit detailed text and media reports via the client group upon completion.
Pet Groomer Specialist
Requirements
- Hold an internationally recognized grooming certificate (Class C or above)
- At least 1 year of experience in pet grooming
- Excellent communication skills to understand client’s specific pet grooming needs
- Ability to independently evaluate and ensure pet safety at all times during the process
- Willing to undergo a strict background check (ID & Address proof)
Service Standards
- Bring along all necessary professional grooming tools and equipment for mobile services
- Offer expert advice based on the pet’s skin and coat condition prior to grooming
- Deliver high-quality grooming services that fulfill the agreed-upon client requirements
- Document and confirm all service agreements strictly within the designated client group
