While our dog walkers are highly trained professionals, unpredictable situations can happen outdoors. For maximum security, we strongly advise pet owners to prepare a double-leash system for the walker. This includes one standard handheld leash, and a second hands-free leash securely fastened around the walker's waist. To ensure we can arrange a meet & greet and secure a sitter for your preferred dates, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For major holidays (like Christmas or Lunar New Year), 1-2 months advance booking is highly recommended due to high demand.
What is the whole process of the dog walking & dog sitting service?
Our process is simple and transparent: 1) Submit a booking inquiry, 2) We schedule a Meet & Greet section with your dedicated dog walker at your home, 3) Once you confirm the dog walker is a perfect match, we will finalize the booking and payment, 4) Service starts, and you receive daily dog walking & dog sitting updates!
What should I prepare prior to the Meet & Greet?
Please have two sets of spare keys ready, your dogs' up-to-date vaccination records, preferred vet clinic details, and clear instructions for their daily feeding and cleaning routines.
How can I know my dogs and home are fine during my absence?
Peace of mind is our promise. Our dog walkers provide comprehensive real-time updates—including high-quality photos and videos—during every single visit via WhatsApp. You will always know when we arrive, how your dog is doing, and when we leave.
What if my dog has a medical emergency while I am away?
During the meet & greet, we securely record your preferred vet's information. In case of an emergency, our dog walker will immediately contact you and transport your dog to your vet or the nearest 24-hour animal hospital.
Can I request the same dog walker for future bookings?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage consistency for your dog's comfort and emotional well-being. While we cannot 100% guarantee availability for every date, we will always prioritize assigning your primary dog walker first.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
For your convenience, we accept FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, and direct Bank Transfers in Hong Kong. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
How does your cancellation policy work?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service start date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, please refer to our detailed terms and conditions policy.
