How can I know my cats and home are fine during my absence?
Peace of mind is our promise. Our cat sitters provide comprehensive real-time updates—including high-quality photos and videos—during every single visit via WhatsApp. You will always know when we arrive, how your cat is doing, and when we leave.
What if my cat has a medical emergency while I am away?
During the meet & greet, we securely record your preferred vet's information. In case of an emergency, our cat sitter will immediately contact you and transport your cat to your vet or the nearest 24-hour animal hospital.
Can I request the same cat sitter for future bookings?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage consistency for your cat's comfort and emotional well-being. While we cannot 100% guarantee availability for every date, we will always prioritize assigning your primary cat sitter first.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
For your convenience, we accept FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, and direct Bank Transfers in Hong Kong. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
How does your cancellation policy work?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service start date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, please refer to our detailed terms and conditions policy.
